Purchases made from our regular new inventory may be returned for exchange or refund if returned within 30 days of the initial date of purchase and accompanied with the original sales receipt and any and all original packaging, warranties, and display materials supplied at the time of the sale, and the item or items have not been altered in any way from their original state. Items must be unworn and in new condition.
Customized or altered items are not returnable, including rings that have been sized. Items made to order and special order items are not returnable.
Layaways are cancelable within the first 30 days of the layaway as long the item is not a custom order, special order, or has not been altered from its original state by the time the layaway is canceled. Layaways are non-cancelable and non-returnable after 30 days of the initial opening of the layaway. Layaways must be kept current by regular monthly payments and be paid in full within 10 months of opening the layaway. Failure to keep the layaway current will result in forfeiture of the layaway and of deposit funds paid toward the layaway up to a 25% restocking fee. The balance of paid funds can be applied as store credit. All layaway items remain the property of Gambill Jewelry until they are paid in full.
